Quest 5 Scene 1
Scene 1 of 5  ·  Crystal Lake Riverbank
The Heavy Bag 🦫
Ellie the capybara sits by the shimmering Crystal Lake. She has your 10 gold coins in a bag. "These are heavy!" she says. "And the riverbank is slippery. We should take them to the Bank of the Crystal Lake — it's the safest place in the kingdom!" What do you do?
Choice A — Keep It Close
Keep the coins in your pocket
You want to hold them yourself — but the riverbank is wet and slippery. One coin rolls toward the water…
Choice C — Split It
Keep half, let Ellie carry the other half
A compromise — you keep some visible, Ellie takes the rest. It feels safer than all in one place. But is it really safer than the bank?
Choice B — Trust the Bank
Let Ellie carry them safely to the bank
Ellie holds them close to her chest. Every coin stays safe and dry all the way to the fortress. "That's what banks are for!" she says.

Quest 5 Scene 2
Scene 2 of 5  ·  Bank of the Crystal Lake
The Axolotl Guard 🔐
A pink Axolotl in a tiny hat stands at the bank door. He chirps, "Hi! Would you like to put your coins in our magic vault? It has the strongest lock in the kingdom!" He jingles a tiny key. The vault door glows with a soft crystal-blue light.
Choice A — Keep in Hand
Hold all the coins yourself
You try to hold every coin at once — but your hands get tired and some slip. "They could fall out," chirps the Axolotl softly.
Choice B — Into the Vault
Let the Axolotl lock them in the vault
Click! The heavy door seals shut. Every coin is locked in a fortress of stone. "Now your money is safe here," he beams. Nobody is getting in there.

Quest 5 Scene 3
Scene 3 of 5  ·  Inside the Crystal Bank
The Thank You Coins ✨
Inside, you meet Dash the Sloth. He moves very… slowly. "If you leave your coins here for a day," he says, "…the bank will give you extra coins to say Thank You! This is called Interest." He points to two piles — one for now, one bigger for tomorrow.
Choice A — Take Them Back Now
Collect your coins and leave right away
You have all your coins back — but they didn't grow. Dash waves goodbye, very slowly. "They'll weigh the same tomorrow," he calls, "…but not one coin heavier."
Choice B — Wait for Tomorrow
Leave coins overnight and collect interest
You wait. The next morning, Dash shuffles over with extra coins. "The bank says Thank You for trusting us!" Your money grew while you slept. That's interest!

Quest 5 Scene 4
Scene 4 of 5  ·  The Bank Lobby
The Loan Request 🤝
A young gnome approaches you in the bank lobby. He wants to borrow 2 coins and promises to return 3 coins next week — that's 1 extra as a thank you. But you've never lent money before, and he's a stranger. Banks do this all the time. Should you?
Choice A — Lend the Coins
Give the gnome 2 coins as a loan
A risk — but lending to earn more is how banks work. You won't know if he pays back until next week. It could be +1 coin profit, or a loss of 2.
Choice B — Politely Decline
Say no — you don't know him well enough
Smart caution. Lending to strangers is risky. Banks check carefully before lending. You kept your coins safe and learned why banks have rules about loans.

Quest 5 Scene 5
Scene 5 of 5  ·  The Crystal Bridge
The Unicorn's Bridge 🦄
A beautiful Unicorn stands at a glowing crystal bridge. "It costs 2 coins to cross," she says with a smile. "You can pay with gold coins — or use your Bank Card! The card connects to your vault and pays for you, with no fumbling required."
Choice A — Pay with Gold
Count out gold coins from your pocket
You dig around for the right coins — but the bridge is breezy, and one fumbles away into the lake below. "Gold is good," says the Unicorn, "but the card is easier!"
Choice B — Use the Bank Card
Tap your bank card on the reader
Tap! A soft blue glow — the bridge lights up. "Your card told the bank to pay 2 coins from your vault," smiles the Unicorn. "Quick, easy, and nothing dropped!"
